Distance Sales Agreement
DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This agreement is required under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and applies in addition to our Terms of Service.
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

BUYER: The person whose name, address, and contact information were registered in the system at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through https://signatufy.store, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS & PRICING The type, quantity, and price of the product are stated on the order summary page and confirmation email. All prices include applicable taxes.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY Products will be shipped within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. The delivery address provided by the Buyer shall be used. The Seller reserves the right to extend the delivery period up to 30 days in exceptional circumstances.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days of delivery without stating any reason and without penalty. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to ogz.atakn@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
ARTICLE 6 – EXCEPTIONS TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Opened cosmetic and personal care products
- Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene conditions
ARTICLE 7 – GOVERNING LAW This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Buyers may submit complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the Seller's province.
